Gas Processing Plant Construction: The project involved the meticulous construction and operation of a state-of-the-art gas processing plant with a remarkable maximum export capacity of 250 terajoules per day.

 

The project consisted of:

  • Production Well Enhancement: To boost production capabilities, the endeavor necessitated the drilling of up to 6 new production wells, complementing the existing 2 wells.
  • Gas Gathering System: A sophisticated gas gathering system comprising intricate flowlines and hubs was an integral aspect of the project.
  • Water Reinjection Infrastructure: An innovative water reinjection system was implemented, involving the installation of a flowline from the proposed gas plant to enable water reinjection through a disused petroleum production well.

The valves underwent a series of rigorous non-destructive examinations, including PMI, Die Penetrant Examination, UT testing, Radiography, Micrographic examination, Corrosion testing, and Pressure testing, in strict accordance with EN12266, API598, and API6D standards.

  • Robust Construction Materials: Valves were fabricated from a selection of high-quality construction materials, including A105/WCB, LF2/LCB, F316, F316/316L Dual Certified, and Duplex A182 F51 grades.
