Qualified Workshop Technician

Valve Technician
To assist the company in its growth, we are searching for a full-time technician who will be responsible for carrying out overhauls, tests and recertification on various valve types, valve accessories and actuators.
Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect and test a variety of valves, actuators and accessories
- Overhaul and assess valves such as ball, gate, globe, butterfly, check, knife, control and safety
- Carry out calibration or recertification for safety valves and assist with tuning control valve positioners
- Produce test/ conformance certificates and job cards
- Carry out pressure tests to various industry specifications (NATA)
- Assisting the Workshop Supervisor with general mechanical tasks on a day-to-day basis (preventative maintenance on machines ect)
- Work proactively and with initiative
- Lead and train apprentices as needed
- Adhering to all company health and safety guidelines
- Working smoothly in a team environment
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years experience working with pressure equipment (valves, pumps, piping)
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Have good computer skills and good knowledge of office software packages.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be reliable, punctual, adaptable and demonstrate high integrity.
- Capability to continuously improve through feedback.
- Curiosity or passion for engineering and technology
Desirable:
- Experience working with turning/ milling/ drilling machines and pressure testing activities
- Mechanical background
- Forklift Licence
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks with excellent time management.
- Excellent communication
- High levels of attention to detail and a keen interest in maximising efficiencies.

Storeman & Quality Coordinator

Quality Insurance and Improvement > Logistics
To assist the company in its growth, we are searching for a full-time storeman and quality coordinator who will be able to perform quality inspections on incoming/ outgoing goods. Coordinate the flow of the workshop and execute a high level of health and safety awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Workshop Supervisor/ QHSE Manager with ensuring the highest level quality on all goods.
- Conducting quality control checks of Products and Services (incoming/ outgoing goods)
- Ensure all incoming/outgoing goods documentation is up to standard
- Ensuring onsite health and safety compliance in the workshop
- Organise and conduct all health and safety related procedures in the workshop
- Proactive approach to improving the health and safety standards on site
- Conduct regular safety inspections.
- Offloading/ loading goods on site
- Managing inventory/ stock takes/ movements of inventory
- Collaborate with logistic department to supervise/ manage all incoming and outgoing goods
- Contribute to the maintenance of policy, procedures, work flow, projects and other initiatives.
Essential:
- Experience in quality assurance and control
- Well developed time management and organisational skills
- Work coherently in a team and be a team player
- Be customer-centric and have developed customer experience skills

To assist the company in its growth, we are searching for a full-time sales assistant who will be able to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Office Manager/ Director with Sales and Administration tasks on a day-to-day basis, including but not limited to assisting with sales enquiries, raising quotations and technical proposals for customers.
- Answering customers’ requests; assisting with sales enquiries.
- Requesting quotes from suppliers; arranging logistics from suppliers and to customers.
- Following the delivery of all projects.
- Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
- Establishing and maintaining collaborative and proactive working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver a high-quality outcome.
